Bonnie Kay Jones

Bonnie Jones, 76, of Weston, passed away May 19, 2025 at home surrounded by her family. She was born November 17, 1948 in Stevens Point, WI. She met the love of her life, Ronald Jones in 1969 at the Wisconsin Valley Fair, and they were married July 10, 1971 in Stevens Point, WI.

Early in her life Bonnie was a beautician in the Wausau area and later she became a realtor and worked with Ron at Era Metro Valley Realty and finished her career at Coldwell Banker Action Realty. In retirement she became a casino hostess and enjoyed her many trips to Nevada, Atlantic City and an Alaskan Cruise. But her true love were her children, grandchildren and especially her great-grandchildren.

All that knew Bonnie immediately fell in love with her and her loving, outgoing personality. She will be truly missed.

Bonnie is survived by her husband, Ron; children Tara Allard of Rothschild, and Aaron (Lauren) of Dallas, TX; grandchildren Austin (Lindsay) Allard of Broomfield, CO, Avery (Alyssa) Allard of Appleton, WI; and great-grandchildren Grace and Pierce Allard of Appleton, WI; her twin sister Beverly (Doug) Tucker of Oregon, WI and her sister Mary (John) Kraft; as well as many other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Katheryn Witkowski, and her sister Patricia Ostrowski.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at Covenant Community Presbyterian Church, 1806 Weston Ave., Schofield, WI 54476. Visitation will be from 9:00 – 11:00 am, with Funeral Service at 11:00 am.

The family would like to thank the staff at Aspirus Hospital and Hospice for their wonderful care of Bonnie in her last days.
