Paul Dean Jones

Paul Dean Jones, 81, of Wausau, Wisconsin — passed away on March 6, 2026. He was born on June 10, 1944, in Dubuque, Iowa. 

Paul loved the friends he made throughout the Northwoods community. Paul’s connections extended throughout many paths, including LandArt, a business he owned with his brother, Tom. Paul also contributed greatly through his involvement with the Marathon Jail project, the Monk Gardens, and the Wausau Chamber of Commerce. Though Paul’s most cherished friendships came through hunting at the “Trout Pond” and his time on the golf course. 

Paul will be remembered for his loyalty, generosity, and love of Liberty. He is survived by his Wife, Deborah Miller; Sons Chris (Lala) and Brian (Sherry) and their families; Brother Tom Jones (Anne); Sister Doris Wilson (Jim); and his beloved cat, Irwin.

A Celebration of Paul's Life will be held in Door County, Wisconsin, on June 20, 2026.
