Robert J. Bloch

Robert J. Bloch, 52 of Aberdeen, WA, formerly of Wausau passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at his home.

Bob was born in Wausau, March 7, 1973 to Judith and Ronald Bloch and graduated in 1991 from Newman High School. He worked at Harbor Regional Hospital in Aberdeen for 22 years.

As a boy, Bob was active in scouting troop 427. He was well known for being the jokester of any group and you were lucky to be in his presence during those times. Bob was a diehard and lifelong Redskins fan, making recap phone calls with his sister. Jill and his Mother, Judith will miss his weekly phone calls.

On Oct 4, 2001, Bob married his soulmate Krista Gaston and soon moved to Washington to start a new life.

Bob is survived by his wife, Krista; Mother, Judith; Father, Ronald; brother, Thomas (Sherri Waid); sister, Jill (Patrick Strachoata), nieces, Corrine, Elizabeth, Halie and Amanda; and nephews Thomas and Garret.

No services are being held.

Memorial contributions can be sent to the Wausau Elks Lodge #248, 414 Scott Street, Wausau, 54403, for the Good Fellowship Program to buy Christmas presents for children in the area, as Bob and his siblings received when times were tough for the family.

Bob, you are loved and truly missed. We will all meet again.
