Rolynn "Ro" Barbara Hand

Rolynn Barbara (Jantz) Hand, age 69, passed away on March 17, 2026 peacefully at home.

Rolynn (Ro) was born April 6, 1956 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Roy and Marilyn (Laufer) Jantz. She attended grade and high school in Germantown, Wisconsin. After graduating, she attended University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Ro worked at Briggs and Stratton in Milwaukee for 31 years where she made many life-long friends. From 2006-2014 she worked at Walmart at the West Bend and Hartford stores. In 2014 Ro and her mother, Marilyn, moved to Kronenwetter, Wisconsin where she worked at the Wausau Walmart for a short time before retiring. She made many close friends in the Wausau area. Ro loved to socialize.

Ro will be remembered for being selfless, kind-hearted, having a great sense of humor, and empathy for others. Ro would do anything for anyone and always put others before herself. Ro will truly be missed by all who knew her.

Ro is survived by her loving aunt Teri (Theresa) Miller of West Bend, her cousins Jo Miller of West Bend, Jena Maronie of St. Petersburg, Florida, Marti Laufer of Watertown and many more cousins. She had a large extended family. Ro was also survived by her beloved golden retriever, Cody and many friends.

Ro was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Marilyn (Laufer) Jantz and several cousins.

Ro will be buried at Peaceful Pines Pet Memorials & Family Sanctuary beside her mother, Marilyn and all their beloved dogs at a future date followed by a celebration of life. We will reach out to friends and family with the details.

Ro's favorite charity was the Humane Society.
