Ronda Lou Rydbom

Ronda Lou Rydbom, 68 of Wausau peacefully went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 21, 2026.

Ronda was a strong woman who faced life and all its challenges with grit and determination. Ronda loved spending time crafting many projects for her kids and grandkids. She enjoyed lunch and dinner dates with her best friend, Susan, at the local diners in town. She also enjoyed being the friendly, smiling face of all whom she greeted at NCHC, as part-time post-retirement work.

Ronda is survived by her four children Marci (Chet Klave), Brandi (Scott Kawlewski), Lynsi (Dan Ravn), and Zackary Bradford; her brothers Rodney and Roy Rydbom; and her biggest blessings, her five grandchildren; Logan, McKenna, Zoey, Oaklee, and Ellie. Ronda also left behind her beloved cat, Baby. Ronda was preceded in death by her mother, Norma; father, Dale; and sister, Rene.

By choice of the family and Ronda's wishes there will not be a formal service or memorial. Her children have planned to remember their mother with family and friends this summer with a "Remembering Ronda" Celebration at Jojo's Jungle on Sunday, August 2nd, 2026, from 1-4 pm. We welcome all that would like to share their fond memories of Ronda.
