Obituary

Barbara A.(Stankowski) Blaha, 75, of Kronenwetter, WI passed away on November 05, 2021 at Marshfield Medical Center, Weston.

She was born April 06, 1946 in Wausau, the daughter of the late Hubert & Celia (Bagienski) Stankowski of the town of Norrie. She attended school at Birnamwood High School where she graduated. She then felt the need to widen her horizon by moving to Milwaukee and meeting some good girl friends to live with. She was a Housekeeper while living there. She then moved back closer to family after about 11 years and landed herself a great new Housekeeping job at Westwood Conference Center, and she was there for about 20 years until she left and found something different to get her off her legs and knees. That is when she began working for Eastbay/Foot Locker Call Center until her retirement.

In her free time she enjoyed playing Bingo, time with her family, going to Polka Dances, listening to Polka Music, playing different games on her tablet and phone, also loved to cook for others and make big meals and some Polish food. I know she will be enjoying that now up where she is. She enjoyed time with her dogs when they were around. And she had so many friends that she always loved to talk with on the phone and will be missed by many of them as well.

She leaves behind 2 Sons: John Blaha of Wausau and David Bryant of Ringle, 2 Grandchildren: Harold & Alisha (Isaiah) Brimley of Ringle. 2 Brothers: Ron (Donna) Stankowski of Norrie and Stan (Donna) Stankowski of Wausau. Niece & Nephews. 1 Aunt: Irene Landowski of Wausau & her children Jan Y. of Rockford, IL., Mary of St. Paul, MN. & Joe (Rushnee) of Wausau.

She is Preceded in death by her Parents Hubert & Celia (Bagienski) Stankowski,1 brother Jerry Stankowski & her Daughter-In-Law Kari Bryant.
